Responsibilities
* Design and develop very high‑complexity software throughout the agile development lifecycle of Revenue Applications.
* Develop large‑scale, high‑performance components for the Contactless platform, integrating systems across on‑prem and Azure cloud estate.
* Provide technical direction, guidance and expertise within an Agile team to ensure compliance with TfL architecture standards, design principles and coding standards.
* Promote knowledge sharing and adoption of good practice; contribute to the wider developer community.
* Lead and coordinate efforts within an agile development team: development planning, technical guidance, mentor junior developers, ensure alignment with business objectives and participate in architectural design and technical decision‑making.
* Participate in Scrum activities: code review, refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos and daily scrums; collaborate with other Scrum teams using large scale Scrum for integrated software.
