A well know and established online retailer based at Nutt's Corner, Co Antrim is seeking to recruit a Team Leader due to a large increase in sales volumes. Ideal candidates will have previous experience working within a retail or warehouse environment. Duties will include: - the ability to pick/ pack orders - ensuring dispatch timescales are met - managing and motivating a small team to work effectively under pressure -arranging staff rotas and cover - loading and unloading goods - stock check duties Hours of work: 4 on 4 off shift basis, 5.30pm - 6am (12 hour shifts) Rate of Pay:£13.20ph-£13.50ph
