Training Support – Crew Expiries Coordinator (15028)

Description

We like to think of ourselves as being a different place to work compared to other airlines. We’re fun, community driven, less formal, and from top to bottom we really look after each other. We also think it’s because of our ‘Orange Spirit’. That means working in teams that are positive, inclusive, united by purpose, ready to meet problems head-on, and that have your back. Whether you’re an industry veteran or just starting out, if you thrive in a team environment then we think we have the best around.

Join our dynamic Training Support team, integral to our mission of achieving training excellence. We are dedicated to constant innovation, enhancing processes to ensure top class training for our Cabin Crew and Pilots. In this fast-paced and stimulating environment, we're seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a vital role within our Training Support Team.

Reporting to the Training Support Manager and collaborating with our teams in Gatwick and Milan, you'll oversee crew expiries, ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence. Your responsibilities will span from managing crew certifications for daily operations to facilitating effective training programs through data analysis. You'll maintain meticulous records, manage compliance with regulatory requirements, and liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders.

Your role will encompass a range of tasks, including analysing training failures, managing pilot and cabin crew expiries, and providing crucial support to ensure the smooth functioning of our training operations. With your attention to detail and proactive approach, you'll contribute to the overall success of our Crew Training Team across our UK and European bases.

What you need to do this role

You will be process-driven, hold exceptional communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail are essential for success in this position. Proficiency in IT is a must, with knowledge of systems like AIMS, Excel, and EFOS considered beneficial. While auditing experience would be valuable and enable you to finesse the role, it's not mandatory however, a good grasp of compliance in a regulated environment would preferred. A background in Cabin Crew or Crew Training would also be beneficial, particularly considering the regulatory requirements involved.

If you're ready for a challenging yet rewarding role where you can make a real impact, join us in shaping the future of aviation training excellence.

What you’ll get in return

> Competitive base salary

> Up to 20% bonus

> 25 days holiday

> BAYE, SAYE & Performance share schemes

> 5% pension

> Life Assurance

> Flexible benefits package

> Excellent staff travel benefits

Location & Hours of Work

This is a full-time 40 hour per week position based at Gatwick Airport. We support hybrid working and we spend three days per week in the office.
