Role Overview: Quality Assurance Specialist (Hybrid) Joining their dynamic team based in the midlands, my client is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the control of both the safety & quality of their sustainable packaging products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring product compliance & conducting thorough audits. Key Responsibilities: · Using our client's BRC system to audit product safety, production environments, product hygiene control & product quality assurance. · Work closely with both design and NPD teams to determine quality requirements & technical specifications for all new products. · Ensure products are compliant to mandatory standards, regulatory requirements, internal policies & governing bodies. · Create detailed reports from product test results & convey the findings to stakeholders at varying levels. · Liaise with internal sales teams & customers as required. · Comfortable working from home once per week. · Happy with infrequent travel to our client's Head Office in London. This will be once per month on average. Key Requirements: · At least 1 years' experience in a similar role, responsible for auditing products & ensuring their compliance. · Minimum of 1 years' experience using BRC or BRCGS systems. · Strong technical understanding of how to ensure New Product Development standards. · Skilled with developing product specifications & conducting technical investigations. · Our client will consider experience from the following industries: Packaging, Food Packaging, Food Process, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Food manufacturing. · ISO 9001 would be a nice-to-have. · HACCP would be a nice-to-have. · Please note our client will not consider candidates requiring sponsorship.
