Store Manager (Retail Environment)
Location: Bristol, BS4
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 basic + up to £3,000 achievable commission

What You'll Be Doing
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the site, with a strong focus on team engagement and customer satisfaction.
Your role will include:
* Coaching, motivating, and developing your team to hit sales and service targets
* Monitoring performance data and acting quickly to improve results
* Driving new business, upselling services, and managing existing customer accounts
* Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, including store standards, security, and key‑holder duties
* Managing lettings, merchandise sales, and follow‑up of customer enquiries
* Handling payments and supporting credit control processes
You'll lead from the front, setting the tone for professionalism, energy, and service excellence.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a strong people manager who thrives in a customer‑focused environment.
You'll ideally bring:
* At least 2 years' experience in a customer‑facing sales, retail, or hospitality role
* At least 2 years' experience managing or leading a team
* Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with targets and KPIs
* Solid IT skills, including Microsoft applications
* Flexibility to work a rota covering weekdays and weekends
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (preferred)
