*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our Children's Home. As a Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our young people. Your leadership will be essential in managing staff, developing care plans, and maintaining compliance with Ofsted regulatory requirements. *Duties* * Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that all staff provide high-quality care to young people. * Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans tailored to meet the needs of each child. * Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations governing medication administration and care standards. * Foster a supportive environment for both staff and residents, promoting teamwork and effective communication. * Conduct regular assessments of child's needs and adapt services accordingly to enhance their quality of life. * Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the care of our young people and staff performance. * Provide training and support to staff on best practices in residential childcare. * Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support and a multi agency approach to the care we provide. *Qualifications* * Proven track record with Ofsted inspections, holding a 'Good or Outstanding' grade * Proven experience in a managerial role within a residential childcare * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * In-depth knowledge of medication administration processes and regulatory requirements. * Experience in developing and implementing effective care plans for diverse needs. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with young people, stakeholders, families, and staff alike. * Level 5 in leadership and Management Join us in making a difference in the lives of our young people by providing compassionate and professional care within our family environment.
