Are you a passionate and proactive HR professional looking to make a real impact? Aneurin Leisure Trust is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries and managing the HR mailbox
* Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and changes to terms
* Leading on attendance management and supporting wellbeing initiatives
* Coaching and advising managers on HR policies and complex employee relations issues
* Coordinating training and development, including HR toolkits for managers
* Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring GDPR compliance
What We’re Looking For
* CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) Essential
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Experience in HR systems (e.g., iTrent, Planday) Desirable
* A proactive, supportive, and solutions‑focused approach
* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
