The Company
They are an international market expansion and corporate innovation consultancy with clients in Europe, America, and East Asia. Established in 1990, the company has 27 offices worldwide and approximately 180 employees.
The Role and Responsibilities
To support innovation consulting work for international clients, they are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator based at either their Oxford or London offices. Hybrid working with travel is required.
You will collaborate with project teams to deliver client projects and support sales and marketing activities.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience or interest in technology, including IT, and with creative or copywriting skills. Interest or experience in software/digital transformation or renewable energy/green technology is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
* Undertaking tasks for international corporate clients, including research, technology scouting, and new business development in Europe
* Preparing regular reports in English for clients
* Engaging with clients to facilitate collaboration with technology partners, universities, and other stakeholders in Europe
* Organizing and accompanying overseas client visits in Europe
* Developing sales and marketing collateral
* Performing general project delivery and marketing tasks
Your Background
* University degree in business, marketing, international relations, or technology/engineering
* Fluent in English with excellent writing and creative skills
* Fluent Japanese preferred, ideally with experience studying or working in Japan
* Interest or experience in business, marketing, Japan/Asia, and technology/innovation
* Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with potential collaborators
* Korean language skills are also of interest
