Job Description
* Oversee the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
* Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and compliance within accounts payable operations.
* Manage vendor relationships and resolve any payment or invoicing discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
* Collaborate with other departments within Accounting & Finance to support financial reporting and audits.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the accounts payable team, fostering a productive work environment.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to accounts payable activities.
* Support the implementation of new systems and technologies to improve processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Accounts Payable should have:
* Proven experience within accounts payable and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
