Stirling and Gilmour are looking to expand their Digital Team by recruiting a Digital Applications Support Apprentice! This apprentice will work towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification based in their Alexandria office. ⢠Working in the Digital Support team as first response to all incoming enquiries, problem solving and ensuring calls are transferred and messages passed on accurately to internal stakeholders.\n⢠Becoming a superuser in Laware â Supporting the Finance team with Financial Transactions & Client Ledgers.\n⢠Collaborating with the finance team, you will support with Reconciling bank accounts & Entering & reconciling Purchase ledger.\n⢠You will be responsible for creating and managing Spreadsheets with client information, you will do this through Excel\n⢠Using Microsoft Packages as part of your daily routine you will be emailing with Outlook, Teams and word to create letters & correspondence to ⢠Good Communication skills\n⢠Good numeracy skills\n⢠Must be a team player\n\nImportant information:\nThis vocational apprenticeship comprehensively supports your specific job role with this particular employer.
