We are a leading luxury niche fragrance brand seeking a passionate and creative Social Content Creator to join our team in London. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will manage daily activity across all social channels, create high-quality visual and written content, and actively engage with our growing online community.
In this highly collaborative role, you’ll work closely with marketing and creative teams to produce platform-specific content—especially for TikTok and Instagram—ensuring the brand voice and visual identity are consistently represented. You’ll also support influencer marketing activity, including helping coordinate send-outs, campaigns, and relationship building.
SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY & CONTENT CREATION
* Own the global social media strategy and execution across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube).
* Develop and manage a robust content calendar that aligns with key brand and marketing initiatives
* Deliver on key business KIPs for core social channels (Instagram & TikTok) with a focus on growing brand awareness, following and views.
* Oversee the creation of compelling, on-brand visuals, videos, and copy in collaboration with internal and external creatives.
* Ensure content is optimised per platform and regularly updated based on trends, analytics, and business goals.
* Plan and lead content shoots with clear creative direction and team coordination
INFLUENCER MARKETING
* Define influencer strategy across platforms with a focus on relevance, ROI, and reach.
* Identify, brief, and manage influencer and creator partnerships.
* Track performance and report on influencer campaign results.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
* Manage social community interactions across platforms.
* Respond to messages and comments promptly to maintain engagement.
* Monitor sentiment and escalate any sensitive feedback to relevant teams
ADMIN & REPORTING
* Assist with administrative tasks such as raising POs and coordinating product send-outs.
* Help maintain stock levels and organise campaign logistics.
* Contribute to tracking engagement and content performance.
* Work alongside brand and creative teams to support wider marketing activity.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign planning and execution

Experience working within a fast-paced, creative environment
Experience
1-2 year minimum previous experience in a similar role
