JobDescription
You will be responsiblefor conducting timely audits of service delivery, monitoringprogress against improvement plans, and working closely with theBranch Managers to ensure actions are followed through andsuccessful outcomes are achieved.
In addition,you’ll support the branch teams by delivering aspects ofoperational training, mentoring staff, and providing guidance oncare delivery and the effective use of systems. This role is idealfor someone with a strong understanding of compliance and qualitystandards in social care, and a passion for supporting others todeliver excellentservice.
* QualityAssurance & Compliance: Conduct regular auditsand governance reviews to identify risks, ensure regulatorycompliance, and support the implementation of improvement plans.Provide training, mentoring, and practical support to branch teamsto enhance service quality and achieve high compliancelevels.
* CustomerEngagement: Act as the main point of contact forcustomer concerns and feedback, including Voice of the Customerreviews. Analyse feedback data, collaborate with the Branch Manageron improvements, and maintain a visible presence within the ExtraCare Scheme to ensure ongoing customersatisfaction.
* OperationalSupport & Mentorship: Support care professionalsand branch staff through training and mentoring on care delivery,reporting systems, and policy implementation. Assist withinvestigations, contribute to change management initiatives, andprovide hands-on support during service challenges or crisissituations.
Qualifications
* Strongknowledge of the social care sector, including regulatory andclinical requirements in communitysettings.
* Confident user ofMicrosoft Office (especially Excel) and digitalcompliance/reportingtools.
* Excellentorganisational, time management, and communicationskills.
* Collaborative teamplayer with a proactive, adaptable, and solution-focusedmindset.
* Committed to highstandards of customer care and aligned with companyvalues.
* Experience insocial/community care is essential; quality/complianceexperience.
