BRD Search is working with a market-leading, high-growth business that is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to support a major transformation programme focused on operational efficiency, systems optimisation, and process improvement.
This is a newly created role with significant visibility across the organisation, working closely with senior leadership, operational teams, and international stakeholders to drive business-critical change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse, optimise, and develop business processes across operations and supply chain functions
* Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvement initiatives
* Lead and track project timelines, risks, deliverables, and implementation milestones
* Collaborate with local and international teams to deliver transformation projects
* Support and enhance ERP/CRM systems, including Dynamics 365
* Coordinate stakeholder communication, change management, training, and user adoption
* Drive continuous improvement and maintain data integrity across systems
Skills & Experience
1. Degree-qualified in Business, Project Management, or related field
