We are seeking a Research Specialist to support a project for a leading global consultancy. This role involves engaging with US based industry experts and professionals to gather strategic insights.
To match the US working day, shifts will run during evenings (typically until 10:00 pm or 11:00 pm UK time). We require researchers with native standard English fluency and experience working in US market. You will navigate scripted and unscripted conversations and produce detailed qualitative reports.
Profile:
1. English to mother tongue standard is required
2. Previous telephone interviewing or cold calling experience for US market is essential
3. Educated to degree standard
4. Candidates must be confident, enthusiastic and tenacious
5. Excellent attention to detail
6. Confident at communicating with executives at board level
7. Exposure to consultancy work preferred
