Fantastic opportunity for an established Financial Controller or Finance Manager to join an ambitious and growing SaaS business on a part-time basis.

As they scale, they are looking for a commercially minded Financial Controller to oversee financial management and provide strategic guidance to drive sustainable growth. You will work closely with the Board and senior leadership to ensure financial integrity and align strategies with the company's goals.
The role
* Track and analyze key KPIs.
* Partner with leadership on pricing models, unit economics, and growth forecasts.
* Provide financial modelling, support for fundraising, and board reporting.
* Prepare and present financial statements, ensuring compliance with standards.
* Lead budgeting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
* Monitor cash flow and develop forecasts.
* Develop and implement financial strategies with senior leadership.
* Ensure tax compliance, manage audits, and stay updated on regulations.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
* Handle monthly payroll and statutory deductions.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Optimize financial systems and reporting tools.
* Deliver financial reports to stakeholders and communicate data effectively.
* Collaborate with the Executive team on operational evaluations.
The Candidate
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
Qualified by experience candidates with sector-relevant 10+ years experience will also be considered.
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar, preferably in SaaS or IT/Tech sectors.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and Xero preferred.
* Comprehensive accounting experience, including budgeting and forecasting.
