Fee split up to 70/30 in your favour
Zero licensing fees in your first 12 months (£100/month thereafter)

We’re Looking For:
RICS-qualified surveyors (AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS)
Minimum 5 years of industry experience
Qualified for at least 3 years
Resilient, proactive, and financially prepared for self-employment
Digitally savvy and excited to grow a personal brand
Passionate about delivering client-first, high-quality survey work
Ready to become a trusted expert in the Greater Guilford property market
