Role
Upon joining this team, you will be tasked with working on a high-value caseload. You will be working on a range of complex family matters like separation and divorce cases, cases involving Parental Rights and Responsibilities and overall dispute resolution.
At this firm, you will always have the opportunity to expand your network by attending regular business development events like an annual Family Law Conference.
Being a close-knit firm, with a teamwork focused approach, you will consistently be working closely with colleagues from other departments like Commercial Property, Dispute Resolution and Private Client, as well as other legal professionals from their extensive Scotland network.

Your Experience
* 6+ years of relevant PQE experience in Family Law.
* Strong experience in financial provision and complex child law cases.
* Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.
* A pragmatic, compassionate approach to sensitive matters.
* A desire to contribute to business development and wider team growth.
