As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will work closely with teachers to provide classroom support, assist with learning activities, and help ensure every pupil can succeed. Key Duties: Support pupils during lessons and activities. Assist in implementing learning plans and monitoring progress. Encourage engagement, confidence, and independence. Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with teaching staff to support pupil development. Essential Requirements: Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role. Good communication and organisational skills. Patient, approachable, and supportive attitude. Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
