Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive – Exeter, Devon

What will you do?
* Manage junior solicitors in the team
* Resolve property related disputes for high profile clients that includes household names, startups, private clients, retailers, landowner/property developers and investors
* Work alongside experienced expert colleagues
* Cases will include but not limited to disputes within: development land (including telecoms) property contracts, landlord and tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and breach of lease covenants
What will you need?
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a solicitor or legal executive
* Property Litigation experience
* The ability to be creative and solve clients issues in a way they both like & understand
* Managerial experience not needed
