Lead Dental Nurse – York
We are seeking a qualified Lead Dental Nurse to join a modern private practice in York, working full-time, 5 days a week plus 1 Saturday a month.
This role combines clinical support with leadership responsibilities, including clinical standards, compliance, and team management. You will provide chairside support across various treatments (general, orthodontics, implants, aesthetics), oversee clinical governance, documentation, audits, and infection control, and support team training.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates are GDC‑registered with senior or lead experience, or have a strong ambition to advance. Key skills include organization, compliance management, communication, and proactive ownership. Experience with Dentally is a plus.
