The RoleAs
Senior B2B Account Manager
, you will be responsible for leading UK B2B market development, driving growth within key customer segments and forming long-term strategic relationships. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to project delivery, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to establish a strong and sustainable presence in the UK.
What You’ll Do
Build and grow B2B customer segments in the UK, including property developers, hospitality, offices, and interior designers
Define and deliver a customer acquisition strategy with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes
Lead the full sales cycle independently, from identifying prospects to closing large-scale projects
Collaborate across functions to bring projects to life and help shape operational processes for long-term B2B growth
Become the UK market expert, developing and maintaining a strong partner network across the region
Create and implement retention and upselling initiatives aligned with the wider B2B strategy
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics
Contribute to senior leadership discussions and prepare materials for executive-level stakeholders
About You
You bring a strong commercial track record, deep industry networks, and the drive to build something new.
You Have:
5+ years’ experience in B2B business development or account management within furniture, interiors, home & living, or a closely related sector
An established network across key segments such as property developers, hospitality, offices, and interior design
An entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and a customer-first mentality
Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with senior-level stakeholders
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus)
