We are hiring Customer Service Advisors to join a well-established and renowned organization based in Newcastle. This is a full-time, work-from-office role with strong potential to convert to a permanent position.
Role Details
* Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
* Location: Newcastle (On-site)
* Employment Type: Full-time | Contract to Permanent
* Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours/day)
* Shifts: Flexible shifts and week-offs, including weekends
* Salary: £22,000 – £23,000 per annum
* Training: 2–3 weeks paid training provided
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer contacts promptly and professionally via phone and/or digital channels
* Accurately log and validate all customer interactions using the case/call logging system
* Resolve customer queries efficiently using relevant tools and internal systems
* Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting service standards
