We are recruiting for an ambitious and motivated Audit & Accounts Semi Senior. This role is ideally suited to some who is part-qualified, working towards their ACA qualification. The Role You will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and accounts services to a diverse client portfolio, while continuing to develop your technical expertise and professional skills while progressing towards your ACA qualification. Benefits Full ACA study support 23 days holiday plus bank holidays Additional holiday linked to length of service Flexible working (post-probation) Pension scheme Health and wellbeing support Key responsibilities: Deliver audit and accounts assignments across office and client sites Support senior team on larger engagements; complete work to standard and apply feedback Lead smaller assignments with manager oversight Delegate tasks to trainees and provide guidance and feedback Liaise with clients to support planning and delivery of assignments Monitor and report progress, budgets and timelines Take ownership of work, ensuring quality and deadlines are met Maintain compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements Stay up to date with relevant regulations and internal systems About You Experience in an accountancy practice within an Audit & Accounts role Solid understanding of audit and accounting standards Ability to meet deadlines and work within budgets Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues Good organisation and time management Proactive, solution-focused approach Proficient in Excel and audit/accounts software (e.g. CCH)
