What You'll Be Doing
Client Champion – Build strong relationships with childcare business owners, making sure they feel supported and valued.
Campaign Guru – Review and manage client campaigns, keeping performance on track and delivering results that wow.
Trusted Partner – Host regular calls and Zoom meetings, turning complex data into simple, clear recommendations.
Data Detective – Use ROI and performance metrics to make smart, evidence-based decisions.
Project Juggler – Stay on top of multiple accounts, follow-ups, and tasks with sharp attention to detail.
Global Explorer – Travel abroad to represent CBG, support client events, and gain unforgettable experiences.
What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Customer Service, Account Management, OR Early Childhood Education.
A natural communicator—written, spoken, and everything in between.
Someone who can simplify complex ideas and explain them clearly.
A people person—you love daily conversations and building trust.
Organised, proactive, and always accountable.
Confident with Google Docs/Sheets, CRMs, and online meeting tools.
(Bonus but not essential) – A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, Education, or a related field.
