Join our team, and you’ll become an expert advisor. An inspiration as well as a guide. The person who gets to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring your store looks great. You’ll have opportunities to be trained in paint-mixing and timber cutting, but delivering excellent customer service will be your main goal.
What we need:
We are looking for someone who is eager to help, eager to learn, and a little obsessed with home improvement. You should be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy helping others. You’ll be comfortable using new technology and learning new ways of working. Teamwork is essential, and flexibility to work on a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is required.
