This will include Inquests and advocacy, best interest cases and you will also advise on public law issues, governance and constitutional matters as well as judicial review and human rights. You will also be involved in dealing with SUI and Ombudsman investigations, patient complaints and mental health matters. What you'll need to succeed You should be a solicitor or barrister who has gained healthcare experience. Ideally, you will also have advocacy experience.
