Your new role
As a Senior Administrator, you will provideprehensive administrative and coordination support, with a strong focus on diary management and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managingplex diaries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring schedules are efficiently organised and prioritised
2. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining regularmunication and delivering a high standard of service
3. Handling inbox management, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation where required
4. Maintaining and updating internal systems, ensuring all records and project information are accurate and up to date
5. Preparing and distributing reports to support business operations
6. Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide clear and professional updates
7. Providing ad hoc administrative support to the wider team as required
What you'll need to succeed
8. Proven experience in a Senior Administrator or similar administrative role
9. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines
10. Experience managing diaries and coordinating schedules
11. Confident communicator, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels
