About the Role
We are seeking a driven, commercially astute Head of sales with proven Formula
1 (F1) sales experience to lead the sale of premium sports and F1 hospitality packages to
corporate and high-net-worth clients. This is a high-impact role suited to a confident closer
who understands the luxury hospitality market, thrives in a target-driven environment, and
has an established network within F1 or elite sports events.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through the sale of high-end F1 and luxury sports hospitality
packages, primarily focussing on Monaco and Abu Dhabi.
Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, industry partners, and high-net-
worth individuals.
Proactively generate new business through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and
industry events.
Build tailored hospitality proposals aligned with client objectives and brand
positioning.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals while maintaining premium brand
standards.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-event follow-up.
Represent the company at race weekends, sporting events, and networking functions.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver exceptional client
experiences.
Stay informed on F1 calendar updates, paddock club offerings, sponsorship
opportunities, and industry trends.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of industry experience in sports hospitality, F1 hospitality, or
luxury event sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in high-value
environments.
Demonstrable experience selling F1 hospitality packages (e.g., Paddock Club, VIP
trackside experiences).
Strong existing network within corporate entertainment, motorsport, or premium
sports markets.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Commercially minded with strong business development capabilities.
Experience managing high-net-worth individuals and corporate decision-makers.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel internationally during event seasons.
Desirable
Established relationships with F1 teams, circuits, or official hospitality providers.
Experience working with global sporting events beyond F1 (e.g., football, tennis, golf
majors).
Multilingual capabilities.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field.
