We are currently working in partnership with a Social Housing provider with properties across the Southwest, who are recruiting for a Home Condition Team Leader on a 6-month fixed contract.
The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The salary for the role is up to £45,100 per annum (£22,550 over six months).
The ideal candidate will have experience carrying out EPCs/Stock Condition Surveys, and overseeing a team of Surveyors carrying out the works.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Managing a team of Property Condition Surveyors and Domestic Energy Assessors to deliver high-quality stock condition surveys
2. Collaborating with strategic managers to plan and deliver survey programmes
3. Ensuring data quality through training, spot checks, benchmarking, and validation
4. Collecting and analysing energy efficiency data to support SAP rating calculations
5. Monitoring and report on access rates, performance, and planned repair validation
Experience required:
6. Experience overseeing a team of Surveyors
7. Experience liaising with senior management to deliver Stock Condition data programme
8. Experience dealing with EPCs and Home Condition data
Ideal requirements:
9. CIOB, CIH, RICS, or equivalent qualification in property surveying, with proven line management experience
10. Strong understanding of the Decent Homes Standard and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS)
11. Basic asbestos awareness
Working hours:
12. 37.5 hours per week
13. Monday - Friday, Flexible Start/Finish Times
