Salary - Rates of pay from £13.20ph to £13.62ph depending on store location
Hours of Work - 37.5 hours a week

About the Role
As a Team Leader for Hobbycraft you will be supporting the management team and helping to driving sales, alongside the development and delivery of excellent customer service
1. Operating the till and accurately handling cash, credit/debit cards and gift cards transactions
2. Overseeing operations including merchandising, goods in, warehouse operations and duty management responsibilities
3. Supporting and coaching our new colleagues
4. Co-ordinating the workload of Colleagues
5. Answering customer enquiries
About you
6. A minimum of 1 year’s previous retail experience is essential (managerial or supervisory roles will be advantageous)
7. Must be passionate about all things craft and want to inspire others
8. Ability to learn and share expertise of products to fit customer’s needs
9. High levels of enthusiasm, drive and motivation
10. Confident and clear communication skills
11. Must be flexible in order to accommodate the business trading needs
