The Role
* Advising on a wide range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious
* Supporting clients on complex HR issues, business immigration, and strategic workforce projects
* Leading on employment aspects of corporate transactions and organisational change
* Handling sensitive disputes, including senior exits, grievances, and industrial relations matters
* Playing a key role in client relationship management and business development
About You
* Qualified solicitor with approximately 6+ years’ PQE (flexible depending on experience)
* Strong experience across employment law, ideally including both advisory and contentious work
* Commercially minded with the ability to manage complex and high-stakes matters
* Confident working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
* Interested in developing leadership and mentoring responsibilities
