The Role: Manage and develop a portfolio of trade accounts, fostering strong business relationships and maximising sales opportunities.Act as a product expert, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, production, and timely delivery of products to customers.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting potential trade customers and nurturing leads to secure new accounts. Conduct regular site visits to trade customers, providing product training, support, and addressing any concerns or issues. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Communicate with trade customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. The Person: Previous experience in a Trade Sales or Account Management role. The beauty industry is desired but not compulsory for the right person. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.Excellent product knowledge and understanding of industry and market Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
