Microsoft D365 Pre-Sales Consultant
Bellshill (hybrid)
SALARY: Competitive salary + Commission
Permanent I Full-time (35 hours per week)

As a Microsoft D365 Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our sales process by collaborating closely with the sales, marketing, and consulting teams. Your primary responsibility will be to understand client business needs and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of Kick ICT’s Dynamics products and services.

This role requires a strong understanding of the Microsoft technology ecosystem, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders. It also offers a unique opportunity to shape how pre-sales operates within our business, giving you scope to refine the approach, influence outcomes, and play a key part in closing strategic deals.

Act as a trusted liason to ensure seamless transition from customer requirement identification to project delivery.
Provide recommendations on products we should add to our stack to ensure we are on the front foot for adding value to sales propositions.
Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities to maximise client value and drive growth across the wider portfolio of solutions and services.

Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role.
Ability to demonstrate aptitude to learn new products quickly and to apply this knowledge to client projects.
Strong technical knowledge of D365 Modules, customisations and configurations and Power Platform knowledge is essential.
Willingness to travel if required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
