Job Duties:
1. Support classroom activities under the direction of the teacher. 2. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students. 3. Provide one-to-one support for students with special educational needs. 4. Help maintain a safe and orderly learning environment. 5. Assist with administrative tasks as required. 6. Contribute to the planning and preparation of lessons. 7. Support students during educational outings and extracurricular activities.
Required Qualifications:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics. Relevant teaching assistant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
Education:
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
Experience:
Prior experience working in an educational setting preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Knowledge of educational policies and procedures. Good organisational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
First Aid certification.
Working Conditions:
Work in a school environment with regular school hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
