Job Title: Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role
As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, using this to lead, engage, and inspire your team.
What We’re Looking For
* Passion for supporting and developing your team to achieve high standards
* Experience in managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members
* Knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and understanding of financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
* Ability to celebrate success and motivate individuals
