Project Delivery Leadership
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget
Track progress, risks, and dependencies
Stakeholder Management
Communicate project status, issues, and milestones
Align delivery with business goals
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Quality & Governance
Monitor deliverables for quality and compliance
Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential risks early
Resolve delivery blockers
Strong knowledge of the Pega Platform (case management, workflows, decisioning)
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and in a RAINBOW model
Project management experience (often with tools like Jira, MS Project)
Understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) concepts
Background in IT delivery or consulting
Experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations
On-time project delivery
Defect rates and quality benchmarks
