1. Monitor and analyse inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
2. Place orders with suppliers to replenish inventory as needed.
3. Manage supplier relationships.
4. Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align inventory levels with business needs.
5. Identify and mitigate risks related to inventory shortages or excesses.
6. Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
7. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
8. Prepare and present inventory reports to management.
9. Optimize inventory turnover rates to minimizes holding costs.
10. Collaborate with the finance team to manage inventory budgets and forecasts.
11. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory managements.
12. Support continuous improvement initiative within the supply chain department.
Profile
Are you someone who has a flair for numbers and data, with the ability to think analytically and optimize efficiency whilst working collaboratively with other functions?
Our Supply Chain team have a passion in ensuring customer satisfaction, whilst pushing and maintain efficiency.
13. Passion: You have a love for data and using analytical tools. Translating data/numbers into action is your thing.
14. Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as SAP.
15. You take service level targets and forecast accuracy as input to generate performance inventory plans. Confidence in decision-making responsibilities.
16. Experience: 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in FMCG or retail industries.
17. Collaborative Spirit: A friendly, proactive and positive attitude, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
18. Organization Skills: Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
