Are you a creative, strategic, and results-driven marketing professional looking to make a real impact in the non-profit sector? We're seeking an experienced
Marketing & Communications Officer
to join our team and lead on delivering innovative campaigns that strengthen our market presence and build lasting relationships with clients and suppliers.
This is a stand-alone role reporting into Regional Director.
About the Role
* Develop and manage the annual marketing and communications plan, including budgeting and event planning.
* Deliver engaging on- and offline marketing activities to increase visibility and generate opportunities.
* Align all branding and marketing initiatives with the wider group strategy.
* Lead on events, webinars, and exhibitions—maximizing exposure through creative stand design, bespoke collateral, and ROI analysis.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and distribute marketing materials, social media content, and e-marketing campaigns, through third party mailing platforms.
* Manage and update the company website, ensuring an excellent user experience.
* Writing social content, uploading blogs, case studies, new stories etc.
* Drive SEO improvements and online engagement strategies, working with digital agency.
* Grow and maintain the CRM database through effective marketing and data cleansing.
* Research market trends and build alliances with trade associations to promote frameworks.
* Drive promotion of frameworks through third party websites
What We're Looking For
* Must have proven experience working in a similar Marketing role
* Preferably within not-for-profit, facilities, or construction sector – preferred
* A knowledge of strategic planning and campaign evaluation
* Excellent copywriting skills and ability to produce engaging online content
* Familiarity with CRM (dynamics), Power BI, CMS, and third-party mailing platforms
* Some event management experience
* Understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics reporting.
* Highly organized, creative, and commercially aware with strong analytical skills

* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
