Opportunity Overview: I’m currently working with an award winning and well-regarded law firm in Liverpool that is seeking to expand its clinical negligence team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Advanced Paralegal, with demonstrable experience in clinical negligence to join a supportive and growing team. The role will be office-based in Liverpool and will involve assisting the Head of Department with a mixed caseload of low-mid value clinical negligence as well as higher value/more complex matters files from inception to settlement or litigation as well. The Role: The successful candidate will work on a caseload of pre-litigated and clinical negligence matters. This includes liaising with clients, experts, counsel, and third parties, as well as preparing legal documentation such as medical instructions and letters of claim. Long-term there will be the opportunity to progress for the successful candidate including running their own clinical negligence caseload.
