Role: Machine Operator
Shift: Monday to Friday days
Salary: Up to £45,000 (O.T. 1.3 + 1.5 + 2.0) + Bonuses

They supply their services to the biggest customers and industries worldwide across power, hydraulics, offshore etc. With the backing of a large conglomerate, they are consistently investing millions in brand-new equipment, machinery and Continuous Improvement projects for you to get working on. They are looking for another motivated Machine Operator to get started and make an impression to unlock future development!
The Role
As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Using a tablet to analyse safety hazards and perform the correct checks
Ensuring correct machinery settings are in place
Operating high standard machines such as extruders, conveyors, braiders etc.
Collaborating with R&D and engineering teams to implement new technologies and methodologies.
Work at heights to perform tank inspection and cleaning duties
Keeping the site clean and safe from any spillages
About You
The ideal Machine Operator will have the following:
Experience has a Machine Operator with a polymer/plastics/cable background
A flexible mindset for working effectively within a team
An open attitude to working in any type of industry
Experience overseeing polymer extrusion processes from raw material to final product extrusion
