are currently supporting an independent private dental practice in Barnet to recruit an experienced Dental Practice Manager for a permanent full-time opportunity.
What’s on Offer
1. Full-time position – 5 days per week
2. Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:45pm
3. Alternate Saturdays required (with a weekday off in the week)
4. Salary from £40,000 per annum depending on experience
5. Immediate start available
6. Notice periods considered

About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management, growth, and overall performance of the practice. You will lead the team, maintain high operational standards, and ensure an excellent patient experience throughout the practice journey.
Key Responsibilities
8. Managing daily operations of the practice
9. Ensuring systems and procedures run efficiently
10. Team leadership, mentoring, and staff development
11. HR and compliance management
12. Monitoring KPIs, P&L performance, and stock control
13. Supporting marketing initiatives and patient feedback processes
14. Increasing private revenue and treatment uptake
15. Working closely with the Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
16. Improving treatment conversion and patient journey performance through coaching and process improvement
About You
17. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dental Practice Manager
18. Strong leadership and organisational skills
19. Patient-focused with a proactive and motivational approach
20. Experience within private dentistry preferred
21. Confident managing business performance and team development
22. Valid DBS required
23. Applicants must have previous UK dental practice management experience to be considered
