B2B Senior Commercial Manager – Food Manufacturing UK-based | Full-time | Permanent Are you a commercially savvy relationship builder who loves driving growth through strategic partnerships? We’re looking for an ambitious B2B Commercial Manager to lead relationships with some of the UK’s biggest names in food manufacturing, including Bakkavor and Greencore, amongst others and help shape the next chapter of our growth story. About the Role You’ll be the driving force behind B2B commercial partnerships, managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and identifying new opportunities that deliver real value for both our customers and our business. You’ll work cross-functionally with supply chain, technical, and NPD teams to deliver innovative, high-quality food solutions, the kind that keep customers ahead in a fast-moving, competitive market. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll have the autonomy to shape strategy, influence decision-making, and see your ideas come to life on supermarket shelves and in foodservice kitchens. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and grow commercial relationships with key B2B partners, including Bakkavor and Greencore.- developing new customers with Samworth, Cranswick, 2SFG and more Develop and execute customer account strategies to drive profitability and growth. Manage pricing, contracts, and commercial performance across multiple categories. Collaborate closely with NPD and technical teams to deliver customer briefs and new product launches. Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions. Build strong, trusted relationships at all levels — internally and externally. What We’re Looking For A proven track record in B2B commercial management within the food manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of chilled or fresh food supply chains. Experience working with large food manufacturers Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Commercially sharp with solid financial acumen and analytical ability.
