The Role will involve:
* Assisting in food preparation
* Cooking and preparing high-quality dishes
* Preparing vegetables, meats, and fish
* Assisting other Chefs
* Helping with deliveries and restocking
* Assisting with stock rotation and cleaning stations
* Maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
Essential Skills
* Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a busy team
* Enjoys working in a busy environment
* Flexible approach to working hours
* Methodical and clean worker
Ideal Skills (training available for the right candidate):
* Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
* Minimum 6 months relevant experience
* Knowledge of manual handling techniques
* Understanding of COSHH and chemical safety
* Experience with kitchen equipment
* Experience handling dangerous equipment such as knives
