Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Officer a Local Authority Client in Northamptonshire. In this role, you will provide frontline housing management support across neighbourhoods, managing tenancies, lettings, terminations, and associated financial processes. Duties: Manage day-to-day housing management and neighbourhood services Carry out tenancy lettings, terminations, and related administration Raise recharges, process invoices, and manage housing-related payments Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with council policies Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Proven experience in housing management within a local authority or social housing setting Strong knowledge of tenancy lettings, terminations, and tenancy sustainment Experience raising recharges and processing invoices Ability to manage a busy workload and work independently on site What's on offer: Salary: £20ph *may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience* Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week How to apply: Once your CV is received, if you are successful, you will be contacted.
