Integrated Midwife (Ref: 247448)
2 x Fixed Term posts for 12 months to cover Maternity Leave.
* Post 1: Full Time – 36 hours per week
* Post 2: Part Time – 30 hours per week
* Band 6 – Salary Range £43,231 - £52,679 per annum
* Distant Island Allowance of £2,578 per annum
* Relocation Assistance of up to £4,000 available
Responsibilities
* Work as part of a friendly and supportive team based at the Gilbern Bain Hospital, delivering true woman-centred care and acting as a fully integrated midwife.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and apply effective and adaptable interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Travel and maintain a high degree of flexibility, including on‑call duties and air ambulance transfers to the mainland.
* Provide midwife care within a fixed‑term contract of 12 months, covering maternity leave.

Qualifications
* Registered midwife.
* Band 5 midwives wanting an integrated team experience may be considered.
* Preferred candidates will be required to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme or undertake an update prior to a formal offer.
