Requirements:
* Degree educated in relevant subject – but not essential
* Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in site or project management within the construction industry
* Main Contractor or private practice/consultancy background considered
* Experience managing the successful delivery of projects in the Retail sector
Skills and competencies:
* Strong programme management and IT skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of organisation and attention to detail
* Client facing with the ability to successfully manage all supply chain partners
* Passion for delivering quality schemes
