Salary up to £ 37,485.00 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card
42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday -Friday)
We are the largest provider of repairs and maintenance, and regeneration services across the UK. Mears provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm’s Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.
A Multi Skilled Operative within our Redbridge branch will carry out several multi trade repairs and refurbishments at our social housing properties, whilst delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards.
You will have a certified core trade and complimenting this have the ability to deliver additional trade activities in support of completing repair/refurbishment works on time and to a high standard in accordance with agreed standard operating procedures.
Role Criteria:
1. Core trade in Bricklaying
2. Experience in Plumbing, Carpentry, tiling, plastering, plumbing, and decorating
3. Willing to working at heights
4. Experience within repairs & maintenance
5. UK full driving license
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
