Paramount Personnel are recruiting for an experienced restaurant manager, to lead the flagship dining experience for a luxury Hotel in the Truro area.
As the restaurant manager, the successful candidate will act as the face of our culinary vision, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, managing a team of F+B professionals whilst ensuring a seamless, yet sophisticated dining experience.
Restaurant Manager responsibilities will include;
6. Oversee daily operations of the dining room, ensuring a seamless service which are met consistently.
7. Recruit, train and inspire a team of front of house professionals, fostering a culture of professional growth and meticulous attention to detail.
8. Drive revenue through effective table management, upselling products and controlling costs.
9. Act as the primary host, building lasting relationships with regular customers and high profile guests, whilst handling feedback.
The ideal candidate will have experience at least 3-5 years experience within a similar role, from a fine dining, rosette background. Given the location of the establishment, driving licence and own vehicle would be beneficiary, although live in accommodation can be provided.
