The Role Our EdTech client are now looking for a Low Code Specialist to join their Technology team, supporting automation and integration initiatives across the organisation. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations between critical business systems using Workato. Your work will directly support their mission of empowering education workforces through high-quality digital solutions by reducing manual effort, improving system interoperability, and delivering scalable automation. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments - particularly within finance and operations - to identify automation opportunities, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that drive measurable impact. Success in this role requires both deep technical expertise and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities Plan, design, and deliver integration solutions using Workato to improve system interoperability and reduce manual workloads. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, understand pain points, and translate them into technical solutions. Build and maintain Workato solutions, ensuring solutions follow technical best practices (documentation, testing, version control). Act as the bridge between technical systems and business operations, ensuring solutions are clear, relevant, and valuable to end users. Support integration efforts related to the rollout and optimisation of FinancialForce. Monitor and optimise integration performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. Develop and maintain custom scripts to extend integration capabilities. Stay current with Workato best practices and new features, applying them appropriately. Train and support business users in using Workato dashboards and automation interfaces. Experience Strong demonstrable experience in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using Workato. Experience leading and owning an iPaaS platform within a business. Expertise in API integrations and working with cloud applications Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong scripting and data skills (e.g., Python, SQL). Ability to create and manage complex workflows, building solutions that automate manual business processes. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), subscription products, or B2B SaaS models. Experience working in the edtech, education, or e-learning sectors. Why Us?
