What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting teachers in the classroom
* Working 1:1 or in small groups to re-engage students
* Assisting with behaviour management and calm de-escalation
* Helping pupils with focus, routines, and emotional wellbeing
* Adapting quickly to different school cultures and expectations

* Confident drivers willing to travel daily across RCT
* Patient, approachable, and calm under pressure
* Strong communicators with a proactive mindset
* Reliable and flexible team players
* Experience in youth work, coaching, care, or similar (school experience a bonus)
* Passionate about making a difference in education
